The first thing, i can say is.. I LOVE U JESUS!! I need U so much.. and u are my saviour..
I want to share ya.. actually the first time, i ok lah mo ikut, ga ikut ya ud..Lagian ,ngapain juga i must pay , i better use that money to spend in another thing.. that was my first think.. But, Jesus's plan on me, was so ausome!!i don't know why that time i can say OKAY, i join IR(retreat)..
And guess?? What Jesus do to me???
HE is so ausome, He changed me and i feel like i release something that i bring so long.. and release in IR.. i feel so different.. HE give me His LOVE!! HE give HIS love to me.. The signer..
And i'll so passionly want to do something for his.. want to be bless.. want give my life and become His tool..
i'll want so much.. But u know, satan !! he so jeolus, i come back to MY HEAVENLY GOD.. he always search anything even a little chance to make me down.. but, i believe My God give me power to through that.. i read that from bible in efesus..
When i read that, my spirit feel stronger. because what??

I'm Free now..
hahaha.. i'm so happy now. My assignment n presentation is already done.. hahaha..
crazy assignment yesterday make my body feel not well.. huaaa, just now my friend , ais n i measure our weight.. and scream togetherrrr... hahahaha
u know my weight is up. huahua.. biasana my the heaviest weight is not more than 45 kg. huauhuahua.. i must maintain again my body.
i know some issue
issue 1 :
that people under 17 years old can't work out in the gym. because it slow down ur growing up. But it's wrong perceptions. because my PT said ," if u lift up the barble heavier than ur weight. May be yes. but, u just lift up just alight barble. it can shape ur body.. so, people don't worry ya bout that "wrong" perception.. Okay??
issue 2:
people go to gym just want to lost weight. that was absolutly Wrong!! Because what. it depend with u lah. if u want to lose your weight, u must take diffrentexercise with people who want gain weight or want shape the body.. it's depend with ur will n need.
issue 3:
Diet isn't just want people who want look slimmer. lYah, thats the first people may be think, if they hear about diet. Diet just for fat people.. Wrong again.. hahahaha, because people who had heart disease, heart attack, high blooded, diabetes must go diet for their life savety.
so, what u must take for u healthy daily :

- Surely, u must drink 8 glasses everyday. it good for ur metabolism in ur body.
- MOVE UR BODY, guys !! if u don't do anything. u just make ur self go worst. why?? u become not healthy because obesity. that's the fact of lazy people who lazy to walk, move, and do anything..>.<
- Eat Green n fruit. it's so important for u body. ur body dont just need carbohidrat fat, n protein. three of that i say is impoertant. but the portion is diffrent guys.
And what the properly portion of my plate??
Ok, this is the secret.. hehehehe
in ur plate u divide into 4. 2 of that. it's for green n fruit. and the other one is for Rice, potato, bread, carbohidrat. and the last is for protein. u must take Protein too, esspecially people want to shape or gain the muscle. Protein is so important for developing. but if u don't work out, is better not take Protein milk. because it can affect to ur body. ur body not become shape n tight but become fatter. Surelly guys!!
